Introducing Rrroest, a visual space created by two artists with a heart for rhizomatousness, texture and people - human and nonhuman

RRROEST is a space by a philosopher/art performer and an animator, both fascinated by the image

 

they find common ground in the affection for the intricate web of connections constituting our subjective-objective situated knowledges

 

the phenomenon is explored through philosophy, photography and videography, bringing forward an experimental hybrid of "thought"-impressions

​

RRROEST respects traditional photography, but seeks movement, color and atmosphere in the absurdisms of life, and aimlessly searches for interesting unseen textures hiding in the underbellies of common reality

RRROEST is also interested in offering a platform for visually marginalized artists who wait for a moment in the spotlight, as well as spontaneous adventurous event photography (we gladly refer to Archive and Community and Fungi for more information on this matter)
